Interactive Business Plan

 

I began working in the real estate industry in 1986, first as a Realtor and later as a franchise owner.  In 2010, I sold my real estate business, so that I could start my own coaching business, Quantum Leap Coaching.  I have always been passionate about helping others, and coaching allows me the opportunity to use my own experience in real estate to help my clients reach their goals and create successful real estate careers of their own. 

 

As part of my coaching program, I teach my clients the importance of having clear, measurable goals and a structured business plan, of which I keep them accountable. To help them better organize and track their goals, actions and progress, I created a series of templates for them.  This system not only streamlined the planning and tracking process, but it required them to interact with their plan --- a crucial, yet often overlooked step.  The results were amazing!

 

​When other Realtors heard about my system, they started contacting me to see if they could buy it.  So, my team and I restructured my templates into an online, user-friendly program, and the Interactive Business Plan was born.  It has been tested and approved by many happy (and wealthier) Realtors!
